Participation Terms

1. Organiser

S.B.V. Solingen Alligators 1991 e.V., Oskar-Rieß-Str. 20, 42699 Solingen (the "Organiser").

2. Event

European Baseball Winter Meeting (EBWM), 6–8 November 2026, Klingenhalle, Kotter Straße 9, 42655 Solingen.

3. Registration and ticket purchase

Registration and ticket purchase take place via the external platform "anny". The contract for the purchase of a ticket is concluded in accordance with the terms applicable there. The platform operator's terms and privacy notice apply in addition.

4. Prices and payment

The prices shown during the booking process apply. Payment and processing take place via the booking platform. [add price structure]

5. Right of withdrawal

For contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure events that are tied to a specific date, there is no statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Any goodwill, cancellation or rebooking arrangements follow the terms of the booking platform or separate notices from the Organiser.

6. Programme changes

Faculty, speakers, programme items and schedule may change for organisational reasons. Announced guests attend subject to their availability. Such changes do not give rise to a claim for a refund, provided the overall character of the event is preserved.

7. House rules and conduct

During the event, the house rules of the Organiser or the venue operator apply. Instructions from staff must be followed. In the event of significant disruption, exclusion without refund may occur.

8. Photo and audio recordings

Photo, film and audio recordings may be made during the event and may be used for documentation and public-relations purposes. By attending, you consent to this.

9. Liability

The Organiser is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the typical, foreseeable damage.

10. Cancellation / force majeure

If the event must be cancelled or postponed due to force majeure, the Organiser will inform participants without delay. Refund questions are governed by the terms of the booking platform and statutory requirements.

11. Governing law / place of jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – where legally permissible – Solingen.
